RGT series pulse demagnetizers can be widely used in the following industries:
◆ Demagnetization before grading, screening and filtration in magnetic separation plants has obvious demagnetization effect, which can significantly improve screening and classification efficiency, reduce the moisture content of concentrate filter cake, and improve the comprehensive indicators of mineral processing.
◆ In the heavy-medium coal preparation system of the coal washing plant, the weighting agent used is ferromagnetic ore powder. After magnetization, the residual magnetism is large, the magnetic agglomeration is serious, the settling speed is fast, and the stability is poor. Demagnetization can greatly reduce the settling speed of the medium, so as to improve stability.
