1. Installation methodThe metal detector is installed at the front end of the tail of the belt conveyor, and the metal separator is installed at the tail end of the driving drum of the conveyor.
2. Working principle:When the material containing iron on the belt passes through the metal detector, the metal detector sends a pulse signal to the PLC, and the PLC control system controls the metal separator to act according to the set parameters, so as to discharge the iron impurities mixed in the material to the outside of the material so as to protect the sub-equipment from being damaged by iron impurities.
