Chain Conveyor Scale

 Product Introduction 

A chain conveyor scale is an all-steel structure device. Its main components include: power (motor, reducer), high-temperature resistant chain plates, spring plates, counterweights, and the frame. The scale body acts as a lever. When empty, the scale body in a roughly balanced state, and the load sensor is basically unloaded or experiences very little force. When material is present, the weight of the material is transmitted to the load sensor. load sensor also converts the running speed of the chain plate into an electrical signal and sends it to an instrument or computer for processing, thereby calculating the instantaneous and cumulative output. Meanwhile, can adjust the running speed of the chain plate to achieve quantitative feeding control. 

 Working Principle  Chain Conveyor Scale

The weight signal of the material on the belt and the running speed signal of the chain plate transmitted together to the measurement and control system. By continuously comparing the set value with the actual weight of the material conveyed by the chain plate, the running speed of the chain plate is adjusted. Therefore, the material flow can always be stabilized at the set value.

1.Specially designed for the metering and control of high-temperature materials.

2. Unique U-shaped skirt chain plates, made of 16 manganese 4~5mm thick plates, are stamped into shape by special molds. 

3. The conveying uses a single-sided bent plate ball chain and sprocket with a 50.8 pitch, which is temperature-resistant, wear-resistant, and does not run off-track.

4. The Schenck-style direct-coupled gear motor ensures long-term stable operation. 

5. High-precision sensors (tension) are used for suspended weighing. 

6 A digital acquisition module is adopted, with an effective resolution of up to 1 million; an acquisition rate of 50 times/second; an annual drift of less than 0PPM; and a temperature drift of less than 50PPM. 7.
