We tackle the four root causes head-on.

First, The weighing system employs a ring-shaped balance structure, consisting of a reducer, rotor, and disc. The scale body is supported by a weighing bracket, and both the inlet and outlet are connected by flexible connections. The powder material flows uniformly within a semi-circle at the inlet and outlet. Weighing sensors accurately detect the material within this semi-circle. 

Second, To ensure precise feeding, an advanced feedforward adjustment system, the ZTJL-3105 control system, is employed. Based on the set feed rate, the ZTJL-3105 control system continuously adjusts the speed of the powder balancer, achieving highly accurate, stable, and continuous feeding. This is the only rotor scale on the market with dual control functions, prioritizing stable feeding of the powder balancer while simultaneously controlling the rotor scale's rotational speed to improve metering accuracy.

Third, The flexible sealing structure avoids jetting and solves problems such as volume reduction due to wear. The balance-type weighing structure ensures high metering accuracy. The ZTJL-3105 feedforward control system provides dual control of both the powder balancer and rotor scale speed, improving metering accuracy. The company's independently developed powder balancer ensures stable feeding.

Fourth, Simple in construction, with tight bearing sealing, low failure rate, and easy maintenance. It adopts a high-precision digital weighing module and digital transmission technology, featuring simple wiring, no adjustment components, high resolution, no signal attenuation, and strong anti-interference. Control utilizes touch screen display technology or a full Chinese LCD display, with bilingual (Chinese and English) graphical display and a wizard-driven operation mode, making operation simple and requiring no memorization. It can connect to RS-485 communication, Ethernet, DCS, PLC, and other interfaces. Employing GPRS wireless data transmission, it supports SMS reports, remote diagnostics, and scale calibration.

Q2: What if my material is slightly sticky or moist?
A: Our variable-pitch airlock handles up to 20% moisture for most powders. For sticky materials, we recommend an optional internal coating or polishing treatment.

Q3: How is calibration performed on-site?
A: You can perform online material calibration (preferred), or use span check with a known weight. Remote calibration is also supported  without an on-site visit.
