Working principle
The principle of a quantitive feeder is to transmit the load and speed signals of the conveyor belt to a measuring and control instrument or an industrial computer, which performs internal calculations on the load and speed signals to determine the actual feeding rate, continuously comparing the actual feeding rate with the set feeding rate to control the speed of the conveyor belt so the feeding rate is as close as possible to or equal to the set feeding rate.
