Structure: 

The chain plate volumetric feeder mainly consists of a drive section, a metering section, a frame, a main and driven, chain plates, and chains;

1. The drive section includes a motor, reducer, sprocket, and chain;

2. The metering section consists of a sensor and a frame, ensuring the feeder delivers materials as required;

3. The main and driven shaft assembly consists of the main and driven shafts, sprockets, bearing housings, and bearings;

4. Different parameters are selected for the chain plates and chains based on different requirements;

5. The frame is welded from profiles;

Working Principle

The motor,sprocket, and chain drive the rotation of the driving shaft. The sprocket mounted on the driving shaft rotates with it, thereby driving the chain and chain plates to rotate together. As the plates and chains rotate, the material is carried from the feeding end to the discharge end, achieving the purpose of material conveying. During the movement process, when the material passes through the metering, its weight is pressed onto the metering frame and then transmitted to two load cells. The sensors output signals, completing the metering of the material。
