II. Working Principle Material Conveyance: quantitative feeder
During normal operation, the endless belt continuously pulls material from the distributor. Signal Acquisition: When material passes the belt load detection device, the load cell collects the belt load signal, and the speed sensor collects the belt speed signal, both of which are sent to the weighing control unit. Flow Calculation: The control unit integrates the belt load signal and belt speed signal to calculate the actual material flow rate.
