Quantitive feeder
2026-07-15 17:12A quantitive feeder is a device for continuous weighing and feeding of bulk materials, also known as a loss-in-weight scale or constant flow feeder This equipment integrates conveying, weighing, metering, and quantitative control functions. It can adapt to various production environments, providing continuous feeding and metering for lumpy, granular materials (such as, iron powder, and clay) and powdery materials (such as fly ash and cement), thereby providing metering data for industrial production control and management. Its product types mainly include series such loss-in-weight scales, feeders, liquid scales, and batching scales, specifically including single-screw or double-screw loss-in-weight feeders, volumetric feeders, loss-in-weight feeders, micro-scales, batching scales, and liquid scales.
The quantitive feeder can be equipped with an RS485 communication interface to form a system with a central control unit. Volumetric feeders are widely used in multiple industries such as building materials, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, coal, mining, grain, and environmental.
The metering accuracy is typically ±0.5%, with some models reaching ±0.25%.
The feeding capacity range is from 0.05 m³/ to 1000 m³/h.
The quantitive feeder conveyor belt width is from 500 mm to 1800 mm.
The drum center distance is from1000 mm to 8000 mm.
