Metal Detector

1. Overview

The GJT-F series metal detector is suitable for magnetic materials, as black and non-ferrous metal mine magnetic material belt conveyor and processing systems. It can accurately detect various metal impurities mixed in the materials, including iron, manganese steel, chromium, aluminum, and copper. In addition to the sound and light alarm, the control circuit has relay contact outputs, which can be used in conjunction with a magnetic separator for automatic iron, or control various scrapers and valves to divert the materials. It can also directly stop the belt conveyor for manual iron removal. It provides a reliable guarantee to prevent metal from entering raw material crushing system and to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

This model is improved based on the previous generation. It adopts some new technologies and components, and adds new functions according to user needs;

1. It adopts new technology, enabling the GJT-F model to have the best detection sensitivity for different types of metals (magnetic,-magnetic, and weakly magnetic metals) under the same conditions, overcoming the drawback of the old model where detection sensitivity could not be balanced for different types of metals under the same conditions

2. It adopts new components and a new design, significantly improving the GJT-F model's temperature drift control, interference suppression capability, and overall working stability compared to previous generation.

3. The latest design makes the on-site commissioning of the GJT-F model more convenient. The analog meter indication of the previous generation has been replaced by indication. On the machine panel, the adjustment of "balance" and "detection sensitivity" can be completed via knobs.

2. Working Principle

This machine utilizes the metal signal when metal enters the sensing electromagnetic field, processes it through electronic technology, and drives the execution mechanism to act, thereby removing harmful metals.
