In industrial sectors such as building materials, chemicals, power, and environmental protection, the continuous dynamic and precise batching of powder materials like fly ash, cement powder, mineral powder, lime powder, and coal powder are critical links in ensuring product quality, stabilizing production conditions, and controlling costs. Powder materials possess characteristics such as strong fluidity, easy dust generation, susceptibility to material blow-through, and unstable bulk density. Traditional metering equipment is highly prone to issues like metering, material leakage, and operational fluctuations. In contrast, the powder material weighing rotor scale, as a high-precision dynamic weighing device specifically developed for powder materials, has become the core continuous batching, quantitative feeding, and flow monitoring in industrial powder production, thanks to its core advantages of excellent sealing performance, high metering accuracy, stable operation, and strong adaptability. It is widely used various industrial powder production scenarios.

I. Core Working Principle of the Equipment The powder material weighing rotor scale mostly adopts an annular balance weighing structure. Relying on the core logic of "volumetric feeding gravity weighing rotational speed linkage calculation," it achieves continuous dynamic precise metering of powder materials, completely avoiding the metering blind spots and zero-point drift issues of traditional equipment.

During operation, powder material is uniformly fed into the interior of the scale body by a pre-feeding mechanism and fills the compartmentalized material chambers of the rotor impeller. As the variable frequency motor drives the rotor to at a constant speed, the material is smoothly transported from the feeding side to the discharge side along with the impeller, forming a stable material load area within the semi-circular transport zone. At this the high-precision weighing sensor real-time collects the net weight signal of the material carried by the scale body, while the speed measuring device simultaneously captures the real-time rotational speed signal the rotor.

The equipment's intelligent control system synchronizes the weight and rotational speed data, accurately calculating the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative discharge amount of the powder through a built-in, and compares the actual operating data with the system's set parameters. When a flow deviation occurs, the system automatically feeds back to adjust the motor speed, changing the rotor feeding to quickly correct the discharge flow rate, forming a closed-loop control of "detection-calculation-adjustment," ultimately achieving constant, precise, and continuous transport metering of powder materials. Meanwhile the equipment can maintain zero-point stability over the long term through an automatic tare calibration function, ensuring metering accuracy during long-term operation.

II. Core Structural Components The powder material rotor scale features a compact structure and a reasonable modular design. It is mainly composed of five parts: the weighing and metering unit, the rotor feeding unit, the power drive unit, the detection unit, and the intelligent control unit. Each module operates collaboratively to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the equipment.

 1. Weighing and Metering Unit: Centered on an balance scale frame and high-precision weighing sensors, it adopts a single-point suspended weighing structure. It features uniform force distribution and strong anti-interference capability, allowing it to accurately capture minute in material weight. It effectively avoids metering errors caused by equipment vibration and material impact, with a basic metering accuracy of ±0.5% and high-end models reaching ±0.1

 2. Rotor Feeding Unit: Divided into two structures: single rotor and double-layer rotor. The conventional single rotor structure is suitable for powders with moderate fluidity; the double- rotor optimizes the sealing and locking structure, enabling physical bulk sealing of the powder. This completely solves industry challenges such as material blow-through, material interruption, and air leakage of fine powders, significantly improving the stability of material transport. The rotor's compartmentalized material chambers are optimized in design to ensure uniform material filling and avoid empty chambers or uneven material distribution.
