AIR SLIDE

AIR SLIDE is a pneumatic conveying equipment designed for the continuous and enclosed transportation of dry, fine and powdery materials. By using low-pressure air through a porous fabric layer, the material becomes fluidized and moves smoothly along the conveying channel under the combined action of airflow and gravity.

AIR SLIDE is widely used in cement plants, mineral processing, power plants, chemical industries, and building material production. Typical conveying materials include cement, raw meal, fly ash, mineral powder, alumina and other dry fine powders.

Working Principle

The AIR SLIDE consists mainly of a conveying channel, air-permeable fabric layer and air chamber. Low-pressure air enters the lower chamber and passes through the permeable layer. The airflow fluidizes the powder material above the fabric, reducing friction between the material and conveying surface. With a suitable installation angle, the fluidized material flows continuously toward the discharge point.
