Air Slide

Air Slide is a pneumatic conveying equipment designed for the continuous and efficient transportation of dry, fine and powdery bulk materials. By using low-pressure air to pass through a porous fabric, the material becomes fluidized and moves smoothly along the inclined conveying chute.

Working Principle

The Air Slide uses a breathable fabric as the conveying medium. Low-pressure air enters the lower chamber and passes evenly through the fabric, forming an air cushion between the fabric and the powder material. Under the combined action of gravity and airflow, the fluidized material moves continuously from the feeding point to the discharge point.
