 Equipment description:

 DEL/DEM belt variable speed quantitative feeder is the optimized product of Zhitian through long-term practice and continuous improvement based on the introduction of shenke technology. The application practice over the years has proved that the equipment has stable performance and accurate measurement, and is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement, mining, medicine and other industries.

 Principle:

 Weighing signal and speed signal is sent to weighing instrument, instrument internal output a ma signal instantaneous flow control of measurement, control and regulating system for processing, continuously to set the actual feed rate and the feeding rate compared, to control the speed of the conveyor belt to feeding rate always stay at a constant level.

 Features:

 ◆ scale frame: light weight, but with sufficient stiffness and strength.

 ◆ weighing frame: it is connected to the weighing frame by trunnion. The trunnion ACTS as both fulcrum and limit.

 ◆ calibration device: it comes with a mounting device and provides corresponding calibration weights randomly.

 ◆ shaft mounted adjustment drive device: directly set on the driving drum shaft. In order to prevent the motor from heating at low speed, it is equipped with a special cooling device.

 ◆ The main and driven rollers: are supported by adjustable bearings to ensure that the two rollers are in the best working position and have good sealing performance.

 ◆ automatic tension and deviation prevention device: keep the tension of the conveyor belt constant, automatically adjust the direction of the conveyor belt at any time, to prevent deviation

 ◆ internal and external cleaning devices: remove inclusions, ensure the cleanliness of the inner and outer surfaces of the conveyor belt, and extend the service life of the conveyor belt;

 ◆ conveyor belt: specially designed and manufactured without joint ring skirt belt. It can be applied to normal temperature, medium temperature and high temperature respectively

 ◆ according to different materials and different process requirements, can be configured with different function of the hopper or pre-feeder, to ensure the continuous and stable material flow, and supporting material plate and unloading cover

 ◆ it is easy to replace the conveyor belt: as long as loosen the tension device, remove the non-drive mechanism side of the support, block plate, etc., can be removed and replace the conveyor belt

 The actual feeding accuracy of various bulk materials is better than ± 1.0%. The feed rate is approximately: 50kg/h-1000t/h.
