Series RCYB suspension permanent magnetic separator is a magnetic separation device with simple structure,convenient use,reliable operation and robust performance.It is made up with magnetic system and frame.
Commonly it can associate with all kinds of belt conveyors to eliminate the iron with separator suspending on the end or the middle of the belt.It is widely arranged in cement,chemical industry,coal,small mineral,building materials,wood processing,cast moulding sand treatment and so cn.
Suspension Permanent Magnetic Separator tructure and work principle
With the ferrite and NdFeB to compose the complicate magnetic system.It is of powerful magnetic field,long service-life,deep magnetic revealed depth and magnetic poles evenly distributed within a plane.The permanent separator is suspended on one side of the belt conveyor (as the figure).As the material passes the permanent separator,the ferromagnetism is attracted by the permanent separator while the non-magnetic material dropping.
