Project Overview

Recently, WEIFANG ZHITIAN provided a rotary scale for continuous pulverized coal metering at a cement plant in Shanxi Province, with a designed capacity of 3 tons/hour. This equipment is mainly used for pulverized coal metering in the kiln system during cement production, providing a stable and continuous quantitative supply of pulverized coal to the kiln system.

Based on the cement plant's on-site process requirements, the project needed to continuously meter pulverized coal and ensure feeding stability during the pulverized coal conveying process. Considering the on-site operating conditions and material characteristics, WEIFANG ZHITIAN configured a rotary scale system suitable for continuous metering of powdery materials for the client.

Project Requirements: Stable Pulverized Coal Metering

Pulverized coal is a typical powdery material, easily affected by factors such as material flow state, level changes, and system pressure during continuous conveying and metering. Therefore, cement production lines have high requirements for the continuous operation capability and metering stability of pulverized coal metering equipment.

The main requirements of this project at a cement plant in Shanxi Province are:

Continuous quantitative metering of pulverized coal;

Designed processing capacity of approximately 3 tons/hour;

After the equipment arrived at the cement plant in Shanxi Province, WEIFANG ZHITIAN completed the equipment installation and commissioning according to the on-site process layout.

The rotor scale is installed at relevant process locations in the pulverized coal conveying and kiln system, achieving continuous quantitative conveying of pulverized coal through feeding, metering, and discharging. After the complete on-site installation, the equipment's operating status, material conveying, and metering parameters were debugged.

After on-site installation and commissioning, the rotor scale can operate continuously, stably metering the pulverized coal entering the kiln system, providing a continuous supply of pulverized coal for subsequent production processes.
